I received a fake XMI X-Mini II 2nd generation capsule speaker which was fake and returned it for a refund on 27/06 (also leaving a stinking review with photos comparing it to my older real one) The speaker was purchased direct from Amazon (amazon as the seller)
I now have an email stating I have been re-charged for the portable speaker as they have not received it yet. The collect+ receipt which I have shows when I posted it and the tracking info.
Does anyone know how to contact Amazon as there appears to be no option to provide proof of postage / evidence?
