How to contact file planet?

How do you contact file planet, I cant see a "contact us" anywhere!
Like a plank I have just subscribed and clicked on Annual now I have a £25 gap in my bank lol. Do you think they will swap me to monthly with a kind refund?

doubt it, i bet they have a lot of accounts and subscribers.
and if you cant see any contact infomation..

then it will be hard, plus... it was your mistake,

O.k Ive found it now and contacted them, lets see what they say.

They should do yes, although they wont refund any VAT/tax you paid for the purchase, i found this out when changing my subscription over a year ago.
