The only negative to this (and why most in this thread won't do it) is because it takes a couple of hours to do.
On the positive side do an entire pressure cookers worth and then reheat it in the microwave when needed.
Doesn't take that long.
Wash and soak rice night before.
Probably less than an hour for more than enough for four people.
