How to create a CS server

My friend lives around 150 meters away and we wish to have a game of CS

How do I set up a server?

I go to create server but he cant find it :confused:

Is there more to do?

Okay this is urinating me off....

I go to dedicated server for CS-S

Create dedicated server.

Refresh server list....nothing there...

Okay new problem

When I go to dedicated server it has all the maps that you get as standard but no surf maps (3rd party etc)

Any ideas?
