How to create a movie from images?

I need to create a movie (basically a slideshow but have to make it a movie so the media player can recognize it) based on 3 images.

I just want a simply animation like the one on movie maker "contempary slide down" to change between images.

Only reason I can't use Windows movie maker is that even when publishing it at 1080p the movie maker makes it too blurry so some text becomes hard to read.

Whats a good way to create a movie without comprimising the text quality

also the images are in total 3mb large

needs to be movie for the media player to recognize..

its just going to be 3 images that loop forever.. think of like an exhibition or a demo reel or something
