How to delay programs from starting with Windows?

Despite having an SSD booting in to windows is still a little laggy whilst a number of programs load up. I dont want to completely disable them from starting so i was wondering if it was possible to force each program to start xx minutes after windows loads.

If anyone knows how i'd really appreciate the help.

Can't you do this in Task Scheduler? It's a while since I've played around with it.

Msconfig,start-up an disable the ones you don't want to start on boot.

yeah this is how I did mine, I set some of the less important ones to be delayed by 15mins

That doesn't answer his question, Task scheduler is what you want

Had never actually used Task Scheduler before but I muddled my way through and it all works really well.
