How to delete excell cells with a value of 0.0?

Someone at work is trying to remove the blank rows from a excel spreadsheet, I can remove all the blank cells and shift everything up but the last collumn has a value of 0.0 on the blank rows. Any ideas how to remove just the cells with the value of 0.0?

Find/replace 0.0 with a blank then run your blank cell thing?

Filter the data then delete the rows? or is that too obvious and im missing something?
