I have recently installed vista 64 on my new machine, and after researching on the internet I have found out that It can be a problem to install xp (after vista instalation). I have also read that it is not a problem to set up duel boot s long as you install XP first. So my question being. how do I format my computer so that there are no traces of vista left, so i can start from scratch with an XP install.

Cheers.

slap the xp disk in boot into it (make sure dvd drive is set to boot first in bios) and delete the vista partition format it and reinstall xp.

then reinstall vista on a serperate partition.

if this is not what you where after forgive my ramblings :p
