System sometimes booting up to 1-2 minuts, freezes after 3-4hours of usage....

config:

i5 2500k
msi gtx 460
8gb ddr3 samsung slim ones
corsair 650w modular
intel ssd 320 120gb
and other samung 2tb's....

Not sure there is quick and easy solution, if it always freezes within 4h remove Tb, gpu, and one stick of ram and see what happen, I suspect its os bios or mob

Checked for errors in Event Viewier in Admin tools ?
Overheating ? What are temps of GPU and CPU.
When was last time you cleaned your pc of dust ?
Is your RAM timings correct in the BIOS ?
Is your 2500k overclocked ? Bad overclock.

There are loads of things you can try but you have not helped yourself by listing what you have done yourself to alleviate the problem.
