Onboard Device Configuration then disable Onboard ATA controller and that just disables the Marvell Port. However just dont use the Marvell Socket (the one surface mounted to MB) The rest aren't Marvell and I cant see how disabling the Marvell port is going to make any difference whatsoever to your SSD performance as you should be using the red ports.
It doesnt in my case if its enabled or not at least anyway.
The Black port (Marvell) is usually best used for an optical drive anyway.
Dont disable the Lan controller or you will lose network access, Marvell do provide one sata socket on the board also for some reason, the above setting in Bios disables this port alone.
