How to do a clean uninstall of Outlook 2007

Hi,

Having just reformated my mums old dell dimension 5000, i was rebuilding it, my mum told me she wanted to install office and set it up, so against my better judgement i said ok. well she stuffed it up, so i need to unistall and get rid of all the settings, however when i came to unistall and reinstall, it did not delete any settings. so how do i reset it so its like a first use?

clear app data. C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

you'll need to turn on "Show Hidden Files and Folders"

that didnt work, the settings are all still there

should be a mail option in control panel (might need to switch to classic view to see it). delete the profile from there.

try uninstalling it using an uninstaller program liek revo. ace little free program that does an excellent job of getting rid of the rubbish left over from uninstalls.
