How to do a fresh install on an upgrade

Quickest and easiest way is to go into Settings - Update & Security - then click recovery on the side, and choose the 'Reset this PC' option.
In that there should be an option called 'just remove my files without fully cleaning the drive' or something along those lines. Or do the full clean my drive option which will format the hard drive before installing Windows for you.
That will do a clean install for you.
