How to do Bios Update please

Need to update my bios on the mobo in my sig please ive never done one before at all and have no clue what so ever.

Yeah read them but looks nothing like my bios in the pic so I am totaly in the dark.

Seen MSI Live update would that work?

It might do, but I wouldnt use that method.

The second part of this (Flash AMI UEFI BIOS by MFLASH), shows you how to do it from usb.

Thats a similar method for most motherboards.

Managed to do it with the Live Update and its now running on V11.12 bios its was just V11.0 before.

Also for some reason none of the programmes ive tried will show my core temp anyone have a suggestion please?

You should go to MSI forums, they have a USB flasher tool for MSI boards, all with plain to use instructions, I know you have all ready used MSI live update but that is not really recommended at all.
