How to download GTAV faster from Rockstar

My hd got corrupted and stopped GTAV working, so I tried the repair option which did not work so I uninstalled it. Unfortunately I forgot how slow the download was from Rockstar, I was getting about 300kb/s.
After searching for a while I found the Ultrasurf programme at http://ultrasurf.us/
I downloaded it ran it with the default settings and was amazed to see my download speed go up to about 1.2gb/s, it even reconnected when the download kept losing connection.
I have no idea how it works, but it does

lol, yes it was a typo it should be 1.2 mb/s - one day that speed might be true though

it was a lot cheaper at the time through Rockstar, I hadn't bought any games before directly from them and didn't know about their slow download speed. although I will be wary about buying any more games that have to be downloaded from Rockstar

Having another look at it your correct, it seems very odd that they would have speed restrictions downloading to the UK but not other countries
