How to download websites + content?

Hi there, does anyone know how to download whole websites plus contents for offline usage? The contents being links pages on the same site etc, and I won't be infringing copyright don't worry!

E.g. I would like to download the whole of www.xxxxxx.com, plus all the www.xxxxx.com/1.htm, 2.htm and so on and so forth, is that possible?

yes i remember trying it a while ago but on modem it took the urine out of me as it was going that slow. You probably wont be able to now a days i would have though because sites will have protected contect so you cant nick it.

Oh, it's a personal site, there's no protected content on that I know of. There's no fancy stuff on it, it's just pictures and text, I just wanted to download it for offline browsing of it.

I use this http://www.httrack.com/ occasionaly, seems to work ok.
