Hi there,
I am trying to devise a way to monitor sent mail from one or a number of exchange mailboxes for auditing purposes.
What i need is a way to duplicate any mail that is sent and either forward a copy to a hidden mailbox or move the copy to a public folder.
So far i have tried to use Rules in Outlook to make a copy of outgoing mail and copy it over to a public folder that has restricted access.
That works fine however it is important that the mailbox users cannot change the mailbox rules once they have been set up. I tried to sort this out by using administrative templates for outlook. The template included many options including locking out a few menu items but there wasn't one for disabling the mailbox rules wizard menu.
Has anyone ever done / tried to do what i'm doing and is there a easier way??
