How to enable HDCP on x1650 pro

I was trying to watch a hd-dvd last night on my computer using winDVD 8 ultra but it says I require HDCP, I'm pretty sure my monitor allows it (samsung pebble 20" connected via dvi) but how do I enable on my graphics card?

Some graphics card comes with it, some don't, don't think you can just enable it. Not sure whether the x1000 comes with it sorry, although most ATI cards from the 2000 series and up do

Some 1650Pros have it and some dont, you'll have to check the specs of card on the manufactors website.

But if its there, you dotn have to enable it. (so i guess you're one doesnt support it)

Looking at my box it doesnt have it, if anyone know how to strip the copy protection mail in trust.
