How to enable stereo mix ?

Want to enable stereo mix on xp with an x-fi installed or does stereo mix only work with onboard sound ?

What do you mean by stereo mix? Crossfeed?

As sound playback device for flash media encoder 2.5 or 3.0 use combined with superwebcam or webcammax to broadcast video.

Like lets say I start superwebcam and flash media encoder I am supposed to see "stereo mix" in fme sound selection devices and all that I see is the x-fi device for sound.
