How to encourge labour!!

I was due to give birth on the 28th of december and didnt!! and im very impatient and would like labour to start now so i can get it over with and meet my little baby!!

Anyone got any suggestions on how I can speed up the process slighty!!

Lies. Semen contains prostoglandins which are what they use to induce you in hospital.

So, sex actually has some good scientific reasoning behind it.
