How to encrypt/password protect USB flash drive?

I'd like to encrypt or password protect my USB flash drive. Usually I'd use Trucrypt but it doesn't look like it supports Windows 8 yet.

Any idea on the best program or method to do this?

Truecrypt is fine with Windows 8.

If you have Pro then Bitlocker is better IMO.

What brand is it? I know Sandisk at least have something you can download for that.
