how to excel

i have "red car" in cell A1

i want to add font formatting to this cell

before the text...<font size="3">

after the text....</font>

so the cell reads ...<font size="3">red car</font>

is this possible or will excel not like the formula due to the " "s ?

I must be missing something here. Excel is going to treat the whole string like text, so what you put in is exactly what you'll see. It isn't exactly a formula.

What am I missing?

I think he's on about "Export to Excel" kinda thing. In which case yes it might work. Excel is slow to open HTML though, so try not to overuse it.

You just need 2 " to produce 1 "
