hi i need to add text before and after text already in multiple cells

below is the .csv file

desired results would be in b2

i need that for the whole of collumm B And C

Well apart from Mediafire being pretty unreachable for me. If you can email me the file to my trust (GMail) account in the next 10-15 minutes or so I can try and get this done for you tonight. If not I'll have a go quickly in the morning if you've emailed me or if I can get the Mediafire link to work tomorrow morning I'll do the spreadsheet for you when I get back from work.
