How to find Asus Product Model?

I'm trying to redeem a DOOM game key after buying an X99-A II and the online form wants the Product Model which, according to their support page, can be found either during POST or labelled on the motherboard itself. For my board at least it seems that neither of those methods are correct and I cant contact support until monday.

Anyone had this same problem?
 
The product model would be X99-A II surely? When I did this earlier in the week for product model I just put the model of the monitor. If it's the serial number you are after it should be on a sticker on the box and also a sticker on the motherboard.
 
It's really weird and has two separate menus both called Product Model.

I've tried randomly guessing but it never works.

I believe that those are all monitors. The site must be broken because when I redeemed the code from a monitor last week it had the serial number where that second box is. Have you tried leaving it blank?

I had a (different) problem with this - just email ROG uk - they sorted me out within an hour of contacting them - very helpful.

If i leave it blank it just resets the first 4 fields. I'm just gonna have to contact support tomorrow.
 
hi I had a similar problem you need to contact asuspromo.uk response can be slow and no automated reply to say msg received but they should sort it
