Morning all, on this fine rainy day I'd like it if some nice people gave me some information on how to view th MacBooks hardware in OSX leopard.

In windows you can use device manager for a break down or right click on my computer to get a smaller break down.

I just need to know how to find out whats the CPU speed is, HD space, if i have a super drive and how much memory is in the laptop.

Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction?

Many thanks
Stephen

Apple Menu > About This Mac > More Info... Will give you your specs in detail.

Applications > Activity Monitor... Will give you CPU usage, current running processes etc, like Task Manager in Windows.

If you click on the serial number underneath where it says "10.5.2" on the "About this Mac" splash screen you can get more information about the Operating System, such as build number..
