How to find PPT TDC EDC values

I have an Asus Prime X370 Pro and a 3600.
How can I find the ideal values for PPT TDC and EDC?
Ryzen master shows me the following ppt 88, tdc 60 and edc 90 values, how can I improve them?

In Ryzen Master I had already seen.
But I wonder if I increase these values I can get a performance gain.
