How to find what server someone is on in BF2?

dont they have to be signed up and have xfire running?

i know there used to be some for counter strike, wondered if there was a bf2 equivalent?

you can try looking on the tracking websites for searching their stats.
sometimes and i mean sometimes it wont be lagging behnd and you can find that persons server. but it can be quite bad sometimes, the alternative is to use xfire or something to track them too.

alc the majority of bf2 gamers will be on the multiplay servers, just put in server name %multiply.co.uk will bring up all multiplay servers (well ones that havent been upbranded)

theyre ranked hence why quite a fair amount of them are allways busy, its probably not as much the case now as other companies can aquire ranked licences, but they still are ususally fairly busy especially ones like 50clicks

All Seeing Eye. Simply update the server lists, do a search for the player, then when you've found him you can right-click > add to friends. Makes it very easy to keep track of people.

forgot about that, all seeing eye is very useful,
