After re-installing the OS I've got this problem of blue screen. It looks like I need to update my video card driver, but I've installed the latest driver. =(
When PC goes in stand by mode, some times when coming out of it, it just gives this blue screen with some bios looking info and goies into re-start... =/
How can I fix it?

ok... restarted... but the screen went black... and for long time didn't do anything just had a cursor and that was it... had to restart it by pressing off switch... now it is analysing ...

hey... while it is scanning could you tell me if there is any place I can look for this ram :

- -Corsair XMS2 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 TwinX Dual Channel (TWIN2X4096-8500C5C)

I checked overclockers, but they have slightly different one... I want to upgrade mine so I wanted to get the same one I currently have to avoid system conflicts

oh, can i? I didn't know... I thought they had to be exactly the same!! Thank you for telling me this! Cos, I bought all hardware here on OcUK and I trust this place. I was troubled that they didn't have the same one. Are there any specific rules I should install them? Mine are put into A channel 1 and B channel 1... so when I but new ones and put them in should I use the the empty slots? Or should I put them in a specific order?

how do I check in the BIOS the dual channel?

Here is my hardware atm:
-Asus GeForce GTX 275 896MB GDDR3 PCI-Express Graphics Card
-Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 LGA775 'Yorkfield' 2.66GHz 4MB-cache (1333FSB) Processor - Retail
-Asus P5Q Deluxe Intel P45 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
-Corsair HX 750W ATX Modular SLI Compliant Power Supply (CMPSU-750HXUK)
-Corsair XMS2 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 TwinX Dual Channel (TWIN2X4096-8500C5C)
-Western Digital Caviar Black 750GB SATA-II 32MB Cache - OEM (WD7501AALS)
-Coolermaster V8 CPU Cooler (Socket 940AM2LGA775LGA1366)
-Pioneer DVR-S18L 22x DVD±RW SATA Labelflash ReWriter - Black (Retail)

ok... now that i connected it to the internet it says that there IS a newer GPU driver! even tho last week I was updating it!

well, hopefully it will fix the blue screen. Sorry to trouble you with this. And thank you with the advice about Ram, I might ask again about the bios... cos atm the drivers are downloading and I can't go and check into Bios
