Just clock the card using MSI Afterburner Beta 11 with unofficial overclocking mode enabled.

With my tool in the link it allows higher clocks in CCC for core and mem, also higher clocks in Trixx and AB. AFAIK, the max vcore for the cards is 1.25v, and no matter what setting you use it will never exceed this, this is limited on the PCB. Removing this limit will happen on non ref cards perhaps, or by soldering!

1.25v actual or target?

I haven't heard about this limit so do you have a source?

I've heard that the asus bios will let it go past 1.25v ?

Which is why one guy is benching at 1390mhz on the core underwater
