Just flashed both my 8800gts and 8800gs cards with there relevant bios roms according to the instructions below.
i restarted the pc between each bios flash so dont know if it would work flashing both cards without a restart but dont think it would cause any major upsets buit dont take that in stone.

the pci-e slots go in this order if u have two pci-e slots

first pci-e slot would be the one closest the cpu and so on from there.

first = nvflash -i1 -4 -5 -6 bios.rom

second = nvflash -i0 -4 -5 -6 bios.rom

if u have three pci-e slots i would imagen it would go something like this

first = nvflash -i2 -4 -5 -6 bios.rom

second = nvflash -i1 -4 -5 -6 bios.rom

third = nvflash -i0 -4 -5 -6 bios.rom

and if u have a fourth pci-e slot

first = nvflash -i3 -4 -5 -6 bios.rom

second = nvflash -i2 -4 -5 -6 bios.rom

third = nvflash -i1 -4 -5 -6 bios.rom

fourth = nvflash -i0 -4 -5 -6 bios.rom

hope this might help anyone in the future

thanks
