How to flash the bios?

I have the Gigabyte G33M-S2 Motherboard, and at the moment it will only let me select 2.5x are the memory multiplier, however I've been told that in a new bios update it can be changed to 1.5x or 2.0x. I have NO IDEA how to update the bios, i have no floppy drive, and my cd rom drive cannot write to CD, i have a 32mb usb stick and that is it. Can anyone give a step by step guide of how to update the bios for this motherboard.

To up date your Bios look in your manual for the Bios Update Utility Q-FLASH, it’s very easy to use. If you have not got a manual you can download it from gigabyte. Do not flash your bios in windows using @BIOS UTILITY.

The Q flash thing says i need a floppy disc, i dont have a floppy drive...can i use my 32mb usb stick?

Yes you can use your usb stick, people who have used @BIOS Utility have a greater chance of the Bios Flash going wrong.

I just tried it with my 500gb external hard drive and it worked, my memory multiplier is normal, thanks a lot man
