RAM: GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 800MHz Ultra Low Latency

Hi, me again
I would like to know how to get my ram at this 4-4-4-12.
I don't know a lot but I want to learn, so, I have just a few questions.
1) I understand I gotta go into bios, and change 4 things to get 4-4-4-12 right? Could you name those 4 things so I know what to look for in bios.
2) I'm little confused over the voltage thing. I have a fairly nice mobo it's: MSI K9N Platinum nForce 570 SLi (Socket AM2) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard (MB-069-MS)
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_MSI_205.html (4th down)
Would that support the voltage for 4-4-4-12?
3) Is there some software that can change my ram to 4-4-4-12 from my windows? And if so, is it worth it?
4) What exactly does the 4-4-4-12 mean, in brief?
thanks
