It's not even an original idea, it's just a twist on "smash my X console" where people get donations to buy a brand new console on release day, and then smash it in front of the waiting crowds. I suppose it's slightly better than that, but he is so annoying, I would buy him a Wii myself if he would smash his hands instead.
