Setup so far is as follows:

CPU = Intel Pentium D 945 3.4Ghz 800mhz (OC'd to 3.8Ghz & 1.325 V & 900mhz)
MBoard = Gigabyte G31M-ES2L (with Intel P35/G33/G31 Chipset) up to 1066mhz (OC'd)
RAM = Kingston DDR2 2 x 2Gb 1066mhz Hyper X (DRAM FReq 450mhz, FSB : DRAM 1:2, 5.5.5.15, 2.2V)
GPU = ATI Radeon HD 4350 512mb (Core 600mhz memory 400mhz)

BUS Speed 225Mhz
Rated FSB 900Mhz
Multiplier x 17

Noctua NH12 CPU Cooler (bloody big thing that I had to chop my case to get in!) with 1 x fan, the other fan is side mounted on the case. Plus 2 other case fans.

The only way I have left of making it faster is by upping the BUS Speed. CPU temp is amazingly low at 32 'C when running Prime 95 on Small FFT after 9 hours...and with no errors. Need to do more checks on stability though (will need some help checking that...)

Before I go any further with that though I want to see if I can improve the memory by changing the CAS latency, tRCD etc. However I really don't know how to check what values i should be looking to get and how to check they are ok?

Any pointers?

Cheers Toby
