How to get 'Enhanced Mode Settings'

I have a 'Golden Sample' Gainward GTX 260 896MB and it says in the manual you can get 'Enhanced Mode Settings' using 'EXPERTool' and going onto 'Performance' and clicking on the 'Enhanced Mode Settings' button.

But when I do that I can't find any such button to click on. :(

Does anyone know how I can get 'Enhanced Mode Settings' using my graphics card?
