How to get esim for Apple watch

Hi atm I’m with three which don’t do esims, so looking for any workarounds if possible

AFAIK you can only get cellular service from EE, O2, Vodafone. And you need to have your phone contract with them afaik.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, I was happy with three where I live but had to change over to EE and take out 2 new contracts, one for phone and one for watch 12 month sim only contracts, so will see how they go over 5he next year
