I'm an old school gmailer then ^_^
Would make sense and is a simple work around for googleAlasdair said:I heard that even though you're address is @googlemail.com or .co.uk, you can still send messages to @gmail.com as they auto-forward. I may be wrong though.
Its still beta and still invite only to limit the number of people signing up. They have to do this so they don't run out of storage space, as they don't have enough space for everyone in the world to sign up several times but they do have exactly enough to cover the number of invites they have given out. If it wasn't limited like this people might all sign up to hundreds of accounts and start using it as storage or something and there would be no way of regulating it to ensure everyone gets enough space.Six6siX said:Why is gmail still invite only? Surely everyone must have at least one by now! Is it still beta or something?
