How to get in contact with Coolermaster?

I have a Seidon 120V that is over 12 months but within warranty and the pump is making a loud whining/grinding sound no matter how I power it be it molex, sata or mobo header.

I tried to register it but I can't find a serial number anywhere on the box or the device and I can't contact support without registering it first.

Is there no email or other way to contact them?

Their Facebook page has a phone number on it, message now feature and show address option.
