How to get nod32 again after a fresh windows install ??

Well the title says it all really, I am about to reinstall windows on my machine to freshen things up a bit and am making sure i will be able to get everything back up and running how it should.

the only problem i have come across is i purchased nod32 online and they mailed me a link to download the program but i no longer have the email so how do i go about downloading it again ?

anyone else experienced this ?

You need your user name and password to download the purchased software from their website. If you don't have it anymore you need to email them and they will send you it.
 
I also purchased my NOD32 subscription online and I used an activation key that was sent in the e-mail I think as it was nearly a year ago :confused: (I bought a 2 year licence)


Unless you have this activation key then you may run into problems although I suppose you could contact ESET and verify your account with them and then they may send you a new key?
 
Have you got the email they send out when you pay for NOD32? That is a seperate email to the one with the username and password.

Email Eset with the details in that payment confirmation email to prove you do have a licence for NOD32 and they should be happy to email you your username and password.
 
just go to their website, go to download section and it'll ask you for username and password

call them up if you've misplaced them, they'll sort you out

in the faq they state they will send the username/password if i mailed them.
