How to get rid of a print task?

Hey guys, I'v tried everything to get rid of this damn print task but the ****** wont go away lol

How do I clear it apart from the obv right click delete ect.

Stop/start the print spooler service?
Reboot?

tried a reboot, and tried unpluggin printer and putting it back in agian Grrr

I have to say trying to cancel a print is the slowest annoying task ever!

Stop spool service,
Delete all files in "c:\windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS"
Start spool service

My top tip is "Hit it with a hammer" that has worked for me many times when i get annoyed at something...altho it has been expensive

One of my colleagues did this recently while on a tech support call with an internal customer. He punched out at the nearest thing to hand, a double think concrete block wall.

It was quite funny watching him faint dead away as his hand crumpled and started to swell massively.

Needless to say, when he met the chap at a work thing a few months later there were some fireworks.
