how to get rid of this vibration?

ive got a nzxt h440 and there is this annoying vibration noise. when i run the front fans at 7v i cant hear the vibration but at the normal 12v i can. it definitely isnt the fans because ive tried different ones and i use anti vibration mounts.

To me it feels like its the bit where the hard drives go. That bit of metal the covers them up from the other side. And when I put the side panel on, the vibration then gets onto that and makes it louder. I don't see why is does that. I've even taken all but 1 of the hard drive mounts out. And when I said I tried other fans they where corsair af120s but even they cause the vibration all though they are quite loud and it drains the vibration noise out. But becuase they are so loud I have switched back to the nzxt ones. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

I know its to do with the front fans so I will try them 1 at a time and if the vibration occurs I will try and find exactly where is coming from. Hope fully

I will try that tommorow also. I suppose the best way to do that is to put something underneath each leg

what i think it is, is having all the fans on 12v creates more air turbulence and it hits the side panels and makes them vibrate. is there anything i can do for this?

all the bits the panel slides into are all there and the panels are secure
