how to get RMA number from ocuk ready for 9am tomorrow pickup?

i need to get an item ready for tomorrow to be pickup from 9am onwards to go back to ocuk for a swap. Annoyingly i haven't been sent the RMA nubmer and cannot attach this plus the shipping label.

Is there any way i can get this information online? i have checked on RMA area and says no outstanding RMA's however i have had 2 emails conferming it and confirming the pickup date and time.

if i can't get that does anyone know the exact shipping label needed? i assume it's the same address but unsure if there is a slight difference in where it is to go e,g. instead of just OCUK on first line maybe it's OCUK returns or something?

IIRC theres nothing you can do apart from hope they send you the RMA number early tomorrow.

If the numbers not available now I very much doubt there will be staff working at this time of nightto generate one.
 
Certainly speak to someone before you ship it back. You're begging for it to get lost etc.

well i have put a delivery address copied fomr ocuk website and last time i sent the item it didn't have anything on it, just the box went but was easily sorted. My only concern now is that when they recieve the item they wont know what to do with it as there may be no RMA to go with the delivery they are recieving and it could take a few days extra to work out item sent from Mammalian is to be replaced etc. oh well will see what happens tomorrow, they might not even arrive at 9am (though so far everytime they have) so i get a chance to ring before sending it.

If it is to be picked up from 9am then the best bet is to phone them at 8:30 when they open and get them to give you the number. Then write it on 3 sides of the box in marker pen.

I'm sure they get a heck of a lot of deliveries a day, and not including the RMA number would either mean it gets lost or takes a very long time to be sorted out.

That was my point :). It could well end up taking quite a while for the shop staff to figure out :).
