How to get side mirrors to dip when putting Hyundai into reverse?

I've had an Ioniq 5 for 6 months now and for the life of me cannot figure out how to get the sideview mirrors to automatically dip when putting it into reverse. It's a standard feature of the Ioniq 5 so it should work
I don't want to give in and go to the dealership to teach me how so would rather ask the geniuses here.

I've followed the manual and I still can't get it working.
This was a video I recorded previously, what am I doing wrong?!

OK so I thought the exact same.
Put it in left or right, put it into reverse, dip the mirrors manually, put it back into drive and it should restore back to the original position

I'll record another video and embed it today because it doesn't seem to work.

Are you 100% sure that's the case?

The manual describes it as 'If equipped' and there seems to be a lot of debate online as to whether it is in fact present on different trim levels

I would have assumed it would as my trim level is second from the top.
I have an Ultimate 23 plate.

Maybe I'll have to go to a dealership
