How to get SP1...?

I still don't have Vista SP1 on my machine. It is set to autoupdate but hasn't come yet. How do I get it, and is it worth it?

You can downlaod it as said above or just wait untill it starts to install on Windows Update, I think it was suppossed to start deploying form the middle fo this month.
