How to get Speed Fan to load when windows starts?

Is there an option hidden away somewhere that I have not been able to find yet?

Simple for me - just stick a shortcut in the Start->Programs->Startup folder. Inside the Speedfan Options, I chose "Start minimized" so that it starts as a quiet little icon on the task tray.

I might sound like a dunce, but how do I stick a shortcut in the startup folder.

goto start, run, copy/paste this

%userprofile%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

click ok. this should open an explorer window. now copy/paste the speedfan shortcut from your desktop into this window. that's it.

Any idea how it's done so that one occurance of speedfan runs even when you switch users. My 70 year old mum has a problem logging off.
