So i have a little instablity problem i'd could use some help with,my knowledge of Ocin on Intel isnt great

My cpu/mobo is 4670k and a G1 sniper z87
I have been using the below OC for around 6 months now.

43x turbo multiplier on all 4 cores(synced)
I have left most Bios settings at auto except for the following

Cpu vcore-1.214v
Cpu vrin/input - 1.812

I have also enabled my rams XMP profile thats runs it at 2133mhz at 1.65v

In windows under real workloads x264 encoder software/gaming, this produces a vcore 1.236v under 100% load. Under synthetics(prime ect) max vcore hits 1.241v

Cpu frequency is 4.290mhz and is stable, and i have never had a BSOD/crash/instablity in the 6 months i had this.

UNTIL

If i restart windows to say install an update or whatever,i am 100% guaranteed a whea_hardware_error as windows loads or as the desktop re-appears.Windows shows the Sad face and collecting data ect ect, restarts then loads windows again and boots no problem.

From a cold boot it has never failed to boot into windows, only after restarts.

This leads me to conclude the ram isnt stable

If i disable the ram XMP profile i no longer experience BSOD's on restarts.

So my question is,how can get my ram stable at its XMP rated speeds,I want to push my OC further but i'd also like to not have to run my ram at 1333mhz?

The ram in question is Corsair Vengence Pro 2133mhz (9-11-11-31)

Edit: Also defiantly not temperature related
