Does anybody know of a decent sure fire method of getting your hands on a razer blade in the UK?

After considering all options i am currently torn between the Dell XPS 15 and the Razer blade..

Obviously the blade has more graphical and gaming horsepower and the XPS has the better battery and screen with both having superb build quality and design.. The Gigabyte Aero 14 was in the running but i excluded it due to it not having a touch screen or a thunderbolt 3 port.

Has anyone heard any news on the pending release date for the Blade? or am i just better going for the XPS 15, (I am looking at the 4k i7 model with 16gb ram)

i bought my Razer 2015 on amazon, paid a lot for it... sold it 6 months later... got a Dell XPS15

razor - love the green keyboard. power. just felt the 14' was bit small for me and pad not the best. but very cool laptop

dell xps- like the infinity display. build. pad still not quite mac standard

going to get an xiaomi for fun, cos im never satisfied.

wasn't a fan of the gamer laptop like gigabyte, aorus, asnu etc etc build quality, pad etc

Why is it so important for it to have the TB3 are you building a razer blade/dell xps + razer core setup?

I can not speak for the Razer Blade as I have never used one but I do own an xps 15. It has its pro and cons.

Yes the screen is to die for and you would think something like a razer core and whatever high end graphics card would be a sweet setup. Well it would be considering it has the best screen I have ever seen combined with the worst response time of any screen I have used.

It drives me up the wall. My advice to you would be to try before you buy if are building a razer core gaming setup. I am not one of those people who are sensitive to bad respnse time monitors but it so bad on the dell xps 15 even I noticed it straight off the bat. Hence why I don't even use mine any more.

For me it wasn't just the xps response times that were so poor but the glare gave me major headaches! I use Macs and surface glossy screens all the time and neither of them can double for a mirror like the xps can

I would never game on a laptop screen, i would use an external monitor if i was using a core.

Where you gonna get the Xiamoi laptop from?

Whats your take on this http://store.hp.com/us/en/PDPStdVie...=-1&langId=-1&productId=1315154&storeId=10151

I'd pick the Dell insiron 7559 or the HP Omen over the envy.

The envy only has a dual core CPU and it doesn't have onboard graphics, Wheras the Inspiron (similar price) has a gtx 960m 4gb and HP omen again similar price has a gtx 965 4gb

And both have the quad core I7 6700hq

Is there a quad core i7 laptop with USB C available? Doesn't need to have a dedicated gpu

Have you looked at the MSI GS43VR?

I've seen it and it looks great, but ive had no real confirmation about battery life.. Only speculative guesses with no evidence from owners of it. Even MSI are shoddy at answering..:

"Hi Peter, we do not have any information on this at present and it is hard to give an accurate representation as everyone's usage if different. Generally speaking it should last more than an hour on light use, but please keep an eye out for reviews of the model in the coming weeks for more information."
