How to get things stable

Hi Guys,

Just been having a litle play. I have managed to get my q6700 at 3.6Ghz but it is not stable i get about an hour on prime small test and then BSOD. My temps are hitting 62c MAX. Just woundering if my voltage are all wrong.

CPU - 1.38
NB - 1.14
DRAM - 2.1 @1089MHz

everything else is set to auto, are there anyother settings I can change that will help me get stabel or push this bad boy some more?

Try upping the CPU to 1.40 (keeping an eye on temps)

As far as temps go youve still got a little more headroom, but i wouldnt push it past 70c

Did not know 1.4v was safe. Oh well lets fry that baby.

as long as temps dont go too high you should be fine.

Have you turned speedstep etc off?

No, everything else is standard. What sort of things should i have on and off then?
