How to get USB2 to work?

I've just installed a new montherboard and done a fresh windows XP installation. I've got service pack 1 which should have the USB2 drivers on at the moment and the but when I connect a USB2 device a pop up box says I don't have USB2 running.

How do I get USB2 working?

should enable it in the bios mate...there are two options fullspeed and something else. go with full speed should be fine

and if that does not work try SP2

if you installed usb 2.0 drivers from the mobo disk...uninstall them from device manager in system from control panel...

then reboot...

when windows reloads and you are at your desktop it will auto install them for ya
