How to get 'Your basket' showing in a post?

Hi folks,

Its been a long time since I looked at building a system, and I can see that many posts these days include a nicely formatted representation of 'Your Basket'. Is there a button or forums tags or something that allow this to happen please? How does one make it work?

Any help appreciated!
