Ok, I'm trying to manage one of my servers in Luton using an ILO interface. I need to type a backslash, but apparently my US keyboard isn't the same configuration as whatever the server is set for. When I hit the \ above my Enter key, it gives me a # instead.

I tried using the Accessibility tools and enabling the onscreen keyboard, and there is no \ there, either. Just what look to be Asian characters where the ~ and backspace keys should be.

Copy/Paste didn't work either.

Any idea how I can type a backslash?

I'm pretty sure this is a bug in iLo.

I'm currently building a load of Windows 2008 R2 servers in a pClass blade enclosure. Everything is 100% british. UK local keyboard, UK everything set on the server.

When I'm running tools like Acronis through iLo, backslash works fine, but the second it boots to windows, it's not working. However, if I connect to the server locally, it's working fine! I've just resorted to using the on-screen keyboard when I need to use iLo.
